I truly enjoyed my stay at Cozytel Chiangmai. The location was fantastic, just steps from local attractions, including temples and the Sunday Walking Street. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

However, the pool's temperature was rather chilly, which made it less enjoyable. Overall, I appreciated the extras like complimentary snacks and water.

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids, and the location was great for exploring nearby attractions like the beautiful Phra Singh Temple.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use more hooks for hanging towels.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in the spacious Superior King Room, but the air conditioning struggled to keep us comfortable. The friendly staff made our experience pleasant. Make sure to check for any maintenance issues, and don’t skip the bike rental for a fun way to explore the area.

The outdoor pool was refreshing. we loved lounging there after our adventures.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was sometimes spotty, making it tricky to plan our outings.

We loved our stay at cozytel chiangmai! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sunday night market and great restaurants. The staff, especially the cleaning ladies, were thoughtful, running out with an umbrella when we got caught in the rain.
